Spare Parts
We have a policy of using standard, off the shelf parts wherever possible, especially for control equipment. This means that you do not have the constraint of having to buy parts from us if you can get them locally. However, we will be happy to your request for a spares quotation, and because of our quantity buy-ins are usually competitive. 
Service
We offer various levels of service support, ranging from regular service visits under contract to special visits on request to solve specific problems. All control systems that have a PC are fitted with a modem which allows us to provide a quick response to your call in many cases.
Special service contracts can be negotiated.
Consultancy
With 25 years of experience in the weighing industry, we can often solve difficult materials handling and process control problems. Consultancy can be arranged on fixed or flexible terms.
